Can I type using the Dvorak layout with a bluetooth keyboard in Android 4.4 tablet?

I'm interested in purchasing an Anker bluetooth keyboard for my Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 (Android KitKat). Would I be able to type using the Dvorak keyboard layout?
