Hi, welcome to AndroidForums! :D

Well yes, ONLY if the pin socket is the same size. For example, I can charge my One S with a Galaxy S3 charger from my Galaxy S3. It will either work, or not work. It's a hit or miss, but you might want to buy a cheap aftermarket charger from eBay. Be careful with the voltages on a charger that's not for your phone. ;)

The total 'techie' answer is to double check the mAh output of the charger (should be 800-1000).

But the layman's answer is if the Samsung charger is for a smartphone, it should charge your Droid Razr just fine.

Oh, p.s., sorry to contradict a fellow staff member, but I wouldn't put much faith in cheap aftermarket chargers from eBay unless you know what you're doing; and even then . . . .

good luck
