Can I use Android Auto and a flash drive at the same time?

I will be leasing a 2017 Chevy Volt that has 2 USB ports and Android Auto. I want to plug a flash drive with my 25GB of music in one USB port and my Android phone in the other USB port, so I can use Android Auto for navigation.

Can I do that? Can I use Android Auto for navigation while simultaneously listening to music on a flash drive plugged into the other USB port?

Really depends on if both those ish ports are actual ish connected to the HU, or if one of them is just a charging port.

Also, even if they are both hubbed off the head unit, the phone still won't be able to access the files. They will be accessible by the head units core ui, but not with the Android auto ui.
