Can I use SAME Gmail Account for TWO Different Phones??

Hello...

This topic has been discussed before in these forums, however, the latest information I found was anywhere from 15 to 24 months old so I wanted to confirm.

I recently added a second line for business so I have two phones. I created a separate Google/Gmail account for the new phone, however, I have shared my contacts and calendars between the two phones, even allowing the phones to sync and edit "each other's" Google account data.

Then it occurred to me whether I should/could just have ONE google account for BOTH phones....might make things a whole lot easier...and it appears that previous threads have said that this CAN HAPPEN:

2 phones with one gmail account

2 android phones 1 gmail account

I'm writing now, since the info is at least 15 months old, to ask if Google policy/terms disallow this or, if anyone is currently doing this, how its going??

THANKS!!

Sure it's still supported. I have several Android devices linked through the same gmail account. The only downsides would be that both would have the same set of contacts, calendar entries etc. and that market access would be the same on both phones. If it's you're business, then it's not a problem, but if it's a company phone, using your gmail account means that you'd be personally paying for apps.
