Can I use Turbo chargers?

Currently have Turbo 2. Thinking of getting Pixel 2. Have several chargers that I keep in different places and I also travel quite a bit. Can I safely use these with the new device, especially the Turbo chargers?

I wouldn't.

The Turbo 2 charger uses a USB-A port and proprietary quick charging technology. The Pixel 2 charges best from a USB-C charger, and makes use of the rapid charging built in to the USB-C spec. You won't be able to rapidly charge the Pixel from a USB-A charger.
