Help Can it be converted or connected to 4G/LTE?

I have been wanting to buy a Galaxy Note 4 lately, and Ive been looking at aliexpress clones from china and alot of them say they only support 2g. The thing is in the USA 4G/LTE is quite necessary for internet and what not and id really love to buy a Note 4 that cheap even if it is a clone. So what im asking is is ther a way to make thr phone connect To 4G/LTE. Some rom hack or just a simple setting change?
 
Without knowing the exact phone you are considering it's impossible to say for sure, but IMHO the chances are slim. Doubtful that the hardware would support US LTE or that you could load an appropriate Android ROM.

Pretty sure the answer to "can it be connected" is no. 4g needs a different radio (hardware) to 2g which is why there 4g models of many phones which are more expensive than previous models. You can be sure that if it had the necessary hardware it would be advertised as such!
