Help Can my phone be fixed?

I used ordin on my proclaim i cant tell you exactly what pda i used but i gave it a shot and now every time i try to turn my phone on it says "Firmware upgrade encountered and error. Please try again." Is there any way of just setting the phone back to factory settings or do i just need to exchange it at walmart?

i think you flashed it the wrong way.. did you flash the RIGHT firmware? was the firmware you flashed FOR YOUR PHONE? cause i googled your phone and it's still fresh :P
 
Yea afterwards i realized that it was for the wrong phone. Anyway to restore it or do i just need to exchange it?
 
Exchange it. Where did you get it? Walmart? If so then just take everything back (receipt, packaging, booklet(s)) and say it wasn't working.

Next time instead of trying to root it with Odin from another forum try the ACS method first discovered to root the Prevail. Back before shabbymod.
