I have gotten the Samsung Galaxy S4 about a month ago and is working perfectly. Only recently however, when someone calls my phone, the screen to answer or reject calls comes up, BUT when I swipe my finger to answer, it doesn't answer. The screen is responding though, the circle would get bigger and my phone would vibrate a little like how it usually does when I answer a phone call, but afterwards it would go back to how it was before (almost as if I removed my finger before finishing swiping). I'm on T-mobile, but I have not visited the store yet.

It could be an issue with the phone.apk, its a long shot but this might work: go into the applications manager, and look for "Phone", then clear cache. If that doesn't help, then a factory reset should. And if THAT doesn't help, take it into a t-mobile store, or you can register on our forum and go to the T-Mobile SGSIIII section and others there with more experience on that phone will be able to help you :)

You could try removing the SD card (from settings choose unmount SD card) before you remove it. You could also do a soft reset (turn the phone off, remove the battery, wait 30-60 seconds then replace the battery and turn the phone on).
