Can not answer phone calls. Samsung Galaxy S4

I have gotten the Samsung Galaxy S4 about a month ago and is working perfectly. Only recently however, when someone calls my phone, the screen to answer or reject calls comes up, BUT when I swipe my finger to answer, it doesn't answer. The screen is responding though, the circle would get bigger and my phone would vibrate a little like how it usually does when I answer a phone call, but afterwards it would go back to how it was before (almost as if I removed my finger before finishing swiping). I'm on T-mobile, but I have not visited the store yet.

It could be an issue with the phone.apk, its a long shot but this might work: go into the applications manager, and look for "Phone", then clear cache. If that doesn't help, then a factory reset should. And if THAT doesn't help, take it into a t-mobile store, or you can register on our forum and go to the T-Mobile SGSIIII section and others there with more experience on that phone will be able to help you

You could try removing the SD card (from settings choose unmount SD card) before you remove it. You could also do a soft reset (turn the phone off, remove the battery, wait 30-60 seconds then replace the battery and turn the phone on).
