Can not install Adobe Flash Player - in any shape or form - HELP!

Hi I have a LG Optimus P500 which was running Android 2.2 but when I tried to install flash player direct from an apk I got "applicaiton not installed" - so I upgraded the software direct from LG and it upped the phoned to Android 2.2.2 (2.3 not relaeased for the LG until July!).

Did this fix it now - still get application not found when follwoing any link to the 10.3 on market place i.e. from appbrain; downloaded both 10.1 and 10.3 adk;s and each state "application not installed"

unsigned apps are allowed to be installed.

I even tried the android central sideload wonder machine and that failed aswell.

Does anyone have a P500 and got flash on it please tell me how!!!!!
 
It is just not compatible with flash. Download skyfire browser, it lets you watch some flash videos without having flash.
 
Thanks for the reply. Tried Skyfire does not do embedded flash.

Loads of users have adobe working so surely someone has a work around - according to Adobe 10.3 is compat with Android 2.2 and above...
 
I have huawei m860 i flashed from 2.1 to cm7. Its now 2.3 android, but adobe flash will not take on it either. Help or suggestion will be appreciated.
 
The minimum requirements for Flash are either a 550 MHz processor for VGA phones or 800 MHz for WVGA. If your phone doesn't meet those spec's it won't install.

In addition to minimum Android v2.2, Adobe Flash requires a proper CPU, like Cortex-A8. If you phones don't have that (like they are based on the weak Arm 11 CPU), then I'm afraid there is not much you can do...

The "Full" Flash 10.x needs a better CPU architecture. That's why Samsung Galaxy Ace cannot run Flash even though it has 800Mhz CPU.

From the information you posted I am SOL on adobe flash, but still the performance increase is more then impressive, as well as the video capabilities the phone now possesses. IT not only providing as a wireless tether for laptop but will download to phone accept mms/sms without affecting the tether. compared to before running stock 2.1, person could sneeze across street cause it to lose wireless tether connection. All in all I spent 3 weeks reading everything i could, and decided to get feet wet, lost my virginity flashing the 2.3 lmao.So far abobe not runnign is the only issue i have run across. So to the dudes/dudeettes good job on programs and reading lit i used >:)
