Welcome to the forums, junaid88.

It could be that there are remnants of the previously installed Play Store conflicting with the newest attempts at re-installing. You may have to do a factory data reset, but try a cache wipe from the recovery menu first (the cache wipe will only clean the cache partition in the device's memory).
That menu is accessible like this:

Press and hold CALL + VOLUME UP+ POWER ON all at once. Wait for the recovery menu then release all keys. Use the volume key to navigate to the "wipe cache" or some such wording, then pres power to start the wipe, then reboot when finished.

The hard reset is available in that menu too, so if the wipe does not remedy the installation of Play Store, it may be necessary to do the factory data reset.

Thankyou for the Reply, If i do the Factory Data Reset will it Uninstall all my Applications and Messages, Pictures Stuff?

Hi, the Factory Reset will wipe everything on the phone memory - not your Micro SD card.
You can backup first or use App 2 SD free to move what you want to your SD card.
