Can not install the new update of Android Studio Arctic Fox in MacOS

I can't install the new update of Android Studio Arctic Fox in MacOS.

Solution 1: Do a full un-install/re-install for the Android Studio.

Solution 2:
2.1 Go to help->about and note the version you currently have installed
2.2 Download zip file for your current version at https://developer.android.com/studio/archive
2.3 Manually overwrite conflicted files with files from zip
2.4 Update normally
