can not open andriod tab-too many patten attempts

[Android Question]

mp gio vt7 7'' tab
too many pattern attempts
to unlock says to sign in with Google account
but wifi [n tab is not available until the tab is open
how do i open tab without internet ?
how do i hard reset of this particular model?

With wifi off you might indeed need to do a hard reset. Often this is a matter of holding the Volume Up button while you power on, but if you don't have one or if it doesn't work then you may need to contact the seller. I didn't have any luck finding information about your Gio VT7.
