I just got my Samsung galaxy centura mailed to me and now when its in lock mode it won't let me unlock it will not read my fingers I can not get into it. How can I fix it? Can I reboot it?

I believe you can force your device to shut off by holding the power button down for 10 seconds. If rebooting doesn't fix the problem, I would suggest joining the forum here at AF (see my signature below for the link) so you can get more help by discussing the problem over in the Galaxy Centura forum.
