Please help I have a Note 3 and I did have root access but no longer have root, but my system status still says custom and I still have custom logo on startup. When I try to update to Lollipop there is always a problem when installing. I believe it is my custom system status, I have reset phone to factory and cleared catch partitions and it does not fix problem. If anyone has any ideas please advised. I have AT&T Note 3

Go to Sammobiles.com. Put your correct device model name and download your custom rom. Reset factory data .. clear dalvik cache ... Flash the Custom ROM Via. Odin. Try to Update your phone.

Tried to download custom rom with Odin it did not work there is no way to reset Dalvik cache on note 3 just cache. Kies says I have most updated firmware 4.4.4 now whatGo to Sammobiles.com.
