Help can see file on X-plore but not in windows file manager

Hi I have he x-plore app on my phone and it's working fine, I have many recent picture files from telegram that I can see in x-plore in the telegram imaged folder. But when I sync my phone I can only see older images in this folder, nothing from the last few weeks. I tried checking "show hidden files", and even tried copying the file to other folders, I still can see it in windows.
