Looks like the Samsung Galaxy Note 2 keyboard? (I only know that because my wife has that device )

Edit: if you are looking for a keyboard with a dedicated number row, I tried A.I. type Keyboard Free. There may be others that I am not aware of
One of the keyboards you can select has that option.

FWIW you don't really need to download another keyboard, the standard Android 4.0+ keyboard includes a PC layout like the one in the OP screenshot - it's just that you need to dig a little to find it.

Rather than me typing a load of instructions just have a look at this website and follow the instructions there

It's certainly well hidden, that's for sure.

I really can't get my head around this bit of Google logic: going to the trouble of making the PC layout available in the first place only to bury it somewhere where most users will never find it.
