Can someone please tell me what these widgets are?

Hi all,

I just bought a s4 and its my first android device. I'm in the process of customizing it and I stumbled upon Action Launcher.

There is a screenshot that I really like, but I have no idea what widgets were used to make this.

Could someone please help? I know one of them is the battery bar one and all this is achievable using UCCW, but I kinda suck at using that.

The half circle with 84% in it in the lower right corner is Battery Widget Reborn. It cost money but I found it worth it for the information it gives.

I think they're UCCW except for Falcon Pro in the middle and Simple Calendar Widget on the upper right. Not sure on the one below Falcon Pro since it looks either Evernote Grids or Google Now or a UCCW skin. They kinda look the same.

Not sure on the clock with the storage and battery and stuff, but I'm sure I encountered that once among the UCCW skins. The music player could be anything.

EDIT:
Also, you can't really copy that onto an S4 exactly because that's a tablet, you'd need a larger screen space.

Just need to find out what the widgets the clock and below the clock is.

Planing to do something similar but for the s4 dimensions
