Can someone recommend a camera for Android?

None of the many free Android camera apps I tried have all four features I want, so I'm quite happy to buy an app. But I don't want to pay and then learn the features are missing or don't work properly. The four features I need are:

1. Control over depth of field for 3D effect (Google camera calls this "blur.")
2. Capable of taking 5312 x 2988 pixels pics (My Galaxy S5 suppoets up to 16 MP.)
3. Macro (close-ups) and zooming.
4. Little or no shutter lag.

I expect the app to include the basics, like Self-timer etc.

Anything available like this, or am I expecting too much?

1. Sure Camera360 has that feature.

2. That's usually OK for most camera apps, they take up to the size of whatever the camera's hardware is, e.g. 16MP. The exceptions are often trials or demos for paid camera apps, they reduce the image's size.

3. Most camera apps do that, like Camera360 or Google camera, provided the phone's camera hardware has auto-focus and macro mode. Digital zooming can be done by the app.

4. That's down to the speed of the phone camera's hardware and firmware, and if it's slow, then no app can fix that, e.g..the Samsung Galaxy Win or Quattro has quite a lag.

I expect the app to include the basics, like Self-timer etc.

Google Camera or Camera360 probably. And apart from blur D0F effect, the stock S5 camera should do all this as well.

Thanks for the kind and informative response. I tried Camera360 but found several that I regard as superior.

My hesitation in trying the myriad of camera apps available for Android was that Registrar Registry Manager (RRM) is not available for Android, and I don't know if uninstalling apps leaves footprints in Android's OS, like Windows does in the registry, degrading system performance over time. I've never found an uninstaller utility that removes the hundreds of residual keys in the registry when removing an app. What takes 2-3 hours with redegit, takes 2-3 minutes with RRM, which works like a file manager, only for the registry. I fear Android does have a registry.
