can someone recommend a launcher for me?+desktop visualizer question

hey everyone.
can someone recommend a launcher for me?i have htc sensation XE with 960x540 rezolution and i want a good launcher that i can change the dock background and do WP7 style phone with desktop visualizer (it meens i need one that i can change to 4x5).
and with desktop visualizer i can make icon for a folder?or website?

LauncherPro is really old and hasn't been updated for like 2 years? Go Launcher is updatd and sure to work on newer phones. Shame though I liked LP.
