can someone recommend a place with a tutorial on roms/emu for phones?

Emulators are on the market, Roms are ilegal unless you buy the game and back it up yourself.

It's not illegal to download games you have (or at least unethical and they don't go after people). I don't think you realize how hard and expensive it is to backup a console game on a computer.
Just youtube it. I watched this and then did it on an eris in a verizon store and it worked. Good bios and all.

You really don't need a tutorial or anything. Just obtain the roms of games you want, put them on your SD card and run the emulator app. That's all there is to it.
