Can someone who knows programming help me?

My phone is being so slow and I know someone put flexibly and perhaps another spyware on my phone but it's really messing with the rate in which my phone battery dies and so many other things. This douche programmer friends with the person who put spyware on my phone, programmed my phone instead of just att settings. So if I put pics up, can you tell me what's slowing down my phone?

Factory reset the phone. But first on a pc create a new Gmail account. Then login to the phone using your new account.

I would try to re flash the firmware instead..with that method you won't lose what you have on your phone..but also there's a possibility both won't work if the back door was the actual Gmail account it self..

Lately the scammers being using the Gmail as a back door since every single Android user have to have one..that's what they are sure of
