can the 30 pin be connected to an ethernet

I have a Galaxy note 10.1. I have a small motel that offers free wi fi to our guests. With the layout of the motel, I had to have 3 seperate routers hard wired in. I want to change the passwords on the routers, but understand that I need to connect an ethernet cord to do this. Is there a ethernet-to-30pin addapter, to make it possible to do this?

I can find a 30pin to Ethernet adaptors eg. here. I can't say whether it would work for you though.
