Can the Note 5 Home Button Operate Like Siri?

Hi all,

Can the Note 5 home button operate like Siri? In other words, can the phone be setup (without rooting) to long press the home button at any time (even when the phone is off) to automatically launch Google Now voice commands?
- I know it works if I say "OK google" but I'm really interested in using the home button
- I don't want to bring up Google Now and then have an additional step in pressing the microphone button
- Obviously I am not interested in S Voice (if that's still an option on Galaxy phones)

There is an app called Home2 Shortcut that I used on the Note 3 and Note 4 to do exactly what you are asking about.
