Help Can this wall charger be fix?

I bought an android phone leagoo (malaysia brand). After the 1st day i use it, i cant charge on the wall charger.
Its not the cable problem because i try to connect to my pc and it can charge there but if i return o my wall chager nothing happen.
Do i need to change my wall charger or can i fix its?

If it's a new charger, I'd request a replacement. If there is no warranty, you might check the specifications on the bad charger and search for a charger with matching ratings.
