when i put my imei on imei info it tall me that my model is I337 Galaxy S4 (SGH-I337) but on my phone i find that is gt-i9500

Your phone is a, "Hienz", (57 different varieties), handset. That is, one model of Samsung Galaxy S4, probably a China/Hong Kong variant in this case, that has had a non stock, customised firmware, flashed to it in an attempt to make it partially usable outside of the original area of its intended use. This phone can never be updated as it is using non stock firmware and modifications. Bottom line... what you have now is as good as it will get I am afraid. If you have bought this online, try and get your money back.
