Root Can we please get some devs working on a rom?

I would really love to get a custom rom on this phone like CM11 or something like that. im sure alot of other people would too. unfortunatly im not savy with android development. that being said, can we please get some development on this device?
 
Without the kernel source code, anything other than modified stock ROMs is impossible. If you want to help, email zte at tech.sp@zte.com.cn and ask them to release the source code.

Although, right now, nothing will get done by then because of the Chinese new year. All their employees will be off of work from now until midway through next week.
 
Yeh im ready for something more up to date kitkat to me is disappointing. Its behind in features compared to modern day and whats available. I remember when i was on apple when a new os came out people were excited because there was new exciting features. Custom roms is the only option for innovation xposed modules help without adding big resource hungry apps to get features
 
The only problem is their is a limited amount of people with enough skill and how to for the boost max. We heavily rely on SuperR for our phones development but i dont think he even has a Boost Max. And the dude that was developing anything on the Warp 4g which alot of our stuff was imported from has moved on to another phone. So thats gonna hurt us alot more. Sadly our phones just arent popular enough for big development. Theres a few other guys on here that are really smart testers. Maybe one day a someone with big dev skills gets a hold of the boost max and gives us something
