Can Whatsapp 2018 for pc do voice call?

Hi guys in 2017 i installed whatsspp for pc & once link to my mobile i can text chat but no voice call or video call. Wechat on pc can do both. what about WhatsApp2018 version, any one have experience?

The companion app on a Mac can't. I've never installed it on a PC, but would be a little surprised if it could.

Remember that the app on a computer is just a companion app: it only works if WhatsApp on your phone is connected to the network as well.

yes you right, the mobile have to scan QR code in PC & mobile must have internet access. The advantage is easier typing in PC
