Help Can you force yourself into an occupied Bluetooth?

I've always been curious as to whether there was any way to get some sort of app or something on my phone that meant that I could immediately connect to any Bluetooth device in range, even if it was already connected to another device it would kick them out of it
Anybody know of such an app?
