Can you get Mobile Transmit Power? $$$

If you can get CDMA Mobile Transmit Power ( power transmitted by the phone to the cell tower ) on Android or any Android mobile, we can make some really good money on a recurring revenue model. This can be quit your job type money. I've got the contacts to sell, know how to apply it an monetize on it.

I'd do it myself but getting this info isn't known to the general public and usually you need to get this stuff from the Qualcomm ICD ( interface control document ) which costs $100,000+ per year to look at. But someone here might just know how to do it.

FYI... the Mobile Tx Power in dBm runs anywhere from -60 dBm to +23 dBm.

Also if you could get the PN Offset and Ec/Io for that PN, that would be a huge plus too for the application.
