I've seen some similar, but not close enough. I'm not sure if you uploaded that image to imageshack or not, but if you have the original filename and did a google search for it in either image or web you may get lucky!

Got it, looks like it will be on the new Galaxy S III Quad Core phone:

Now you just have to wait for someone to root it and grab the APK.

I quite like the look of the clock as well.
The phone spec looks awesome to.

Will try and keep an eye out for the clock and see if can put it on my Sensation.
