Can you recommend a good Android subnotebook/ultrabook

Hi,
I would like to purchase an Android subnotebook/ultrabook for my wife .
Most of what my wife will be doing is typing medical notes, so a decent keyboard (possibly a physical/external one) is also important.

That Okay, I would recommend The Galaxy Note 10.1 with a external keyboard.
