Can you teach your self pre calculus or calculus over the summer?

I have never took calculus in high school and I have to take a calculus class in university in september. Can I teach myself pre calculus or calculus before then? What is pre calculus algerbra and functions?

Yea, I took PreCalc in High School but never really got it, then when I got to college I took Calc for my major n it was hard as ballz. My mom showed me this website called Khan Academy. I never used it in HS but it is SO much help for me in college. The guy narrating it is an amazing teacher, I could learn from him in 10-20 minutes what a professor would teach in an hour-hour and a half.

I learned mostly derivatives and limits in HS PreCalc.

I definitely think it's possible, but I'd personally need some online resources. I know that in one of my more difficult math classes, I used a lot of online material to help with the class.
