I had a payment due on August 10th. I had sold the phone on august 11th. When the guy I sold the phone to tried to activate it, it wouldn't let him because, according to Boost, I had to "call them and disconnect my service". Isn't the point of pay as you go is so you don't have to notify anybody to disconnect the service? I never set up auto pay, and as far as my boost account info says, my bill is still "due". Do I really need to contact Boost and get them to remove my phone number for the phone?
