Cancelling my on-line order?

Has anyone canceled an order they placed online with Verizon? I ordered the Incredible the other day, expected ship date is not until 7/16. I want to cancel my order and just buy the Droid X when it comes out due to the month long wait for the Incredible. Is this possible?

I would really like to be able to pre-order the Droid X when the option do so is available and I can't do so unless they cancel my Incredible order.

Just call them, they can sort it out. They are going to be selling you a phone either way. They probably don't care which.

WHen i tried to cancel my online order they weren't able to cancel it.
I just had to deny the package if i didn't want it
