Candy Crush Saga and phone

I had searched for this but couldn't find anything. When playing Candy Crush Saga and then getting a phone call, the call screen doesn't come up on top of the Candy Crush Saga screen and there's no phone ring sound for the phone either. If I get out of Candy Crush Saga, everything is fine.
When starting Candy Crush Saga it says at the bottom, "No alerts during game play turned on".
Is there anyway to get the phone call screen to come up on top of Candy Crush Saga and to hear the phone ring? I've uploaded the picture where it talks about "No alerts during game play turned on".

There's an app on your phone called Game Launcher, it's another one of those Samsung apps which is meant to improve things, but can make things more annoying. It looks as though Game Launcher has been set to block alerts whilst the game is running.

Bring up your navigation buttons whilst Candy Crush is running and you should see a weird little icon (4 dots and a cross in the screenshot) in the bottom left, hit that and you'll see an option to block alerts when the game is running, turn that off and you should be good to go.
