Help Cannot boot into bootloader

I'm trying to root my LG X Power LGLS755(boost) and trying to unlock my bootloader. OEM unlock and USB Debugging is enabled and it shows up in adb devices. But when I try to use adb reboot bootloader it just reboots the phone normally. I have tried multiple methods to get to it through the phone (volume down + power-nothing happens, volume up,down + power-displays imei, and volume up + inserting usb-shows downloading mode but does not apear on adb devices). I have the LG Drivers and adb drivers.

Your not the only one. The bootloader is either non existent, or completely locked down.
