Root Cannot Boot ONEPLUS 3

Okay so I accidentally removed the OS from my oneplus 3 , I can access the fastboot mode and the stock recovery but i am not able to flash the OS and adb devices or fastboot devices neither are listed. The stock has the option of installing only through sideload I have the OS on my internal memory i just need to know a way to flash it... but I can't access it. Help

Is the OS zip flash image in the internal memory correctly named, and the file isn't damaged or truncated? I presume this is stock Oxygen OS, and not a custom ROM image.
