Help Cannot buy an app in Google Play

Hi,

I finally connected my phone to my google account, so I could buy from Google play, but I keep getting an error screen when I try to buy.

I'm trying to buy my very 1st app: Soundhound for

And when I access it on the phone I get the blue error screen.
Anyone any ideas please?

Hi, I think you have a problem with gapps. You could try to erase data and cache from google play store and google play services and try again /Settings/aplications/... (or a factory reset but I dont think that will be necessary, but if everything fails.....)
Or you can open a new account in google, use that as primary in your phone, erase the current one, and try to connect again the current one, if it works delete de account you created and get this one to primary [ never did that, its me guessing ]
