Help Cannot change sync schedule on S3(Verizon)

I am trying to set up a sync schedule on for my emails but every time i change it when i select done it will not save the setting. anyone know whats going on? thanks.
 
I was looking on my phone to see where to do that so I can replicate your issue, but I cannot find it...I only use gmail so it may not be there?
 
What account? Exchange? Web? If web, what company? What schedule are you trying to set?
