Root Cannot charge until I turn off after installing cynogen 7

Hi guys.
i just installed cynogen mod 7 on my zte blade today.
it is working goood.
but one problem, a big one.
PHONE DOESNT CHARGE WHILE IT IS ONE.
LIKE IF IT IS 20% AND I INSERT CHARGER IT WILL REMAIN ON 20 NO MATTER WHAT. BUT IF I CHARGE AFTER SWITCHING OFF, IT CHARGES PERFECT! PLEASE HELP.
