Cannot connect to WiFi.

I was recently given a Chromecast .When I connect to Tv it appears with what I think is an original WiFi connection ssid and a password. Phone finds but will not connect. Can someone tell me how I can connect this to my own home WiFi. I have already a Chromecast downstairs tv which works fine.
Also the cable from the micro connector has another cable going to WiFi antenna.

That's not a Chromecast, it looks like a knock-off. The unit itself looks pretty similar to what it should, but that extra cable with an antenna is not correct and the setup screen is completely wrong in every possible way.

I don't think we're going to be able to help you since there's no telling what software that thing is actually running.

Google has some information here on how to identify counterfeit Google hardware; that last photo on the left looks like what you've got.

Thank you. I am afraid you are correct and this is a counterfeit. A friend gave it to me after buying it as he also couldn’t get it to work.
Thanks again for quick response.
