Help Cannot disable password on note 3

Hello, my name is Nick. I have a Samsung Galaxy Note 3, its a great phone however I have a lock screen on and no matter what i do i cannot disable it... when in security settings it tell me that i cannot use any other pattern, signature, pin only password and says the following: Disabled by administration policy, or credential storage. Now i have checked in the device administration and knoxadmin, android device manager and avast! Anti-Theft are all disabled... I don't Know what to do, Please help

Its a kind of security problem ...Just properly setup your administration policy and try again your problem will be solved

If you have a vpn set up, that would prevent you from disabling screen locks.
