I am trying to download a picture from a text and receive the above message. What should I do? I am using the Coolpad from Metro PCS.

I would check your mobile connections settings. It could be that you have weak signal... if you have a data plan, then go into your browser and go on some pages just to make sure that its not your connection. If it isn't, then it is most likely an issue with the Messaging app, in which case you should check "Messaging" settings.
