Cannot download files to phone after recent update

Hello,

I tried googling my issue and even spoke to Samsung "experts" and have got nowhere. Hopefully someone here can help.

I have a Galaxy S10E and after the last system update I can longer download files to my phone. It automatically wants to download to an SD card but there isn't one in the phone. There never has been. I can't figure out how to set it so it downloads items to the phone again. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Your internal storage is referred to as SD card. An external SD card is a external SD card.

Ok. The message I get is "SD card not found". Is there anyway to fix this?

ETA- it's my ad blocker browser causing the issue. I am all set. Thanks!
