Why can't I download from play store on my s3 use to could till I had a problem and a guy at the Verizon store messed with my phone. He did whatever it is to my tablet also and I reset it but don't want to do that with my phone? When I try to download the arrows on the 4glre stop moving goes blank. Any ideas thanks
