When I hit download, the download arrow starts but when I view it in gallery the image is greyed out. Hit and miss. Some download some don't. Don't recall this being an issue before. Any suggestions how to fix?
Same problem on my Note 7. Coming from an Iphone 6. Sometimes the picture shows "restore" and sometimes it shows "download". In either case after downloading or restoring a picture is greyed out saying the format is not compatible-but it's a basic jpg file.
