so the ultimate cause of my battery drain is a rogue app that i cannot determine exactly.
i am using gsam battery monitor. android system is running at 42% average. When i go to click on the details, it is showing that the entire time the phone is "awake". under included packages is "TMServerApp". then under included processes are smdexe, com.sec.modem.settings., time_daemon, surfaceflinger, mm-qcamera-daemon, com.android.settings,icd, com.adroid.MTP-application, ddexe, hdmid.
i know thats a lot to look at, but if anyone has any experience with this situation i would appreciate the help.
as mentioned, it never tells what app is running all the time. it just gives "codes". i have sync turned off, screen at 20% (battery use is less than 9% with screen as a factor).
