Cannot find WHERE app in market

I've read about the WHERE app (finds restaurants, movies, bars, etc). I have the Places Directory (by Google) but I tried it out and it didn't even find the 2 closest movie theatres near me.

Why can't I find the Where app in the market?

If you have a barcode scanner just scan the qr code and it will take you to it in the market.

If not then just search WHERE, Inc. That is the dev name. You should find it.

Is it not available in Canada? I searched Where, Inc and Where, Inc. and nothing comes up.

Edit: also tried barcode scanning. It recognized the bar code, but could not go to the link.

Ooohhhh. I got you. I didn't know you were in Canada.

Unfortunately WHERE is only for the U.S.. At least that's what I've been told.
