Help Cannot get latest Lollipop Update??

Could anyone help me with my s5 update, I am not able to recieve android lollipop update, everytime i try to 'check for software update' it shows the latest update have been installed.

To enable us to help you further we need to know which model of Galaxy S5 you have and which, exact, "Version", details you are on as per #1.2 and #1.8 of 40 Galaxy S5 models - Dummies Guide
 
I too have a Samsung Galaxy S5 and I followed the prompts which take me here to Samsung Galaxy S5. I hope I am in the right section as I see another Samsung user was moved and it puzzled me.
My question is when will I be getting the Lollipop 5.1 download?

The previous poster had posted in the Galaxy S4 forum and was moved here, to the S5 forum.

The answer to your question, in part, is that it depends on which model of Galaxy S5 you have and which, "Version", of firmware you are on, as per #1.2 and #1.8 of 40 Galaxy S5 models - Dummies Guide.

Currently, Android 5.1 has not been released for any of the Galaxy S5 models. There is no firm release date on this.
