Cannot get rear camera to open

Hello, recently purchased a cat S60 second hand. I was informed that the rear camera doesn't function and that it might be a software problem but he wasn't sure.

So after trying to get the camera to open I was using the flir camera and took a picture and realised there is supposed to be a regular picture as well? At least that's what I think it is because when I scroll to the other picture all I get is a big green screen.

Has anyone had similar issues or have anny suggestions I'd appreciate hearing them.

just these days i encountered the same issue. Seemingly after a Google update that would only install on second attempt, my rear cam is no longer accessible. In normal camera mode i only have front cam and no possibility to select rear cam, in FLIR tool, optical picture is green as you stated.

Has anyone else experienced this and already contacted CAT to try and get a solution? It feels a quite annoying, considering that they advertise it as a professional phone...
